Republic Square is in the heart downtown Austin. Located at the convergence of Guadalupe Street, West 5th Street, San Antonio Street, and West 4th Street, Republic Square is a centrally located destination with many options for getting to and from the square.

The closest B-cycle station is located near the intersection of W. 5th Street and Guadalupe Street in the northeast corner of the square. There are bike racks near the main entrances to Republic Square if you ride your bicycle to the square.
Republic Square happens to be downtown’s busiest transit stop with many bus routes stopping at or within one block of the square making bus a great choice for your visit. Bus routes include: MetroRapid 801 and 803 and Local Routes 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 17, 19, 20, 30 and more.
Metered street parking is available on the streets surrounding the square. Several surface and garage lots are also located within a couple blocks. Free parking is available in the surface lot directly south of the square for visitors to the SFC Farmers' market on Saturdays.
